Admin Assistant
* Employment type: Permanent, full-time
* Location: Leeds
* Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
* Salary: GBP20,000
Due to continued growth and success, my client is now seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join their business. You will be responsible for supporting the administration tasks associated with submission of paperwork for numerous large-scale projects. You will need to be client focused, have good communication skills, a can-do attitude, desire to succeed and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the operations team and contractors to gather information on work completed on a weekly basis.
Completing survey forms and checking that all survey forms are compliant/completed correctly.
Visiting properties to take photographs.
Collecting and checking all relevant certificates and paperwork required.
Reviewing paperwork to ensure it is compliant ahead of submission.
Develop positive relationships with clients.
Ensure all projects are GDPR compliant.
Any other tasks which the Project Manager requires support with.
To be aware of the environmental aspects and impacts relevant to the work of the job holder as well as ensuring compliance with any environmental legislation that is applicable to the job.
Experience/ Skills Required
Work management and prioritising skills.
Ability to work at speed precisely.
Must be able to use Excel well
Must have a high standard of written English
UK driving license
