Hospo Talent client is currently looking for a experienced Kitchen Manager for there dark kitchen to be based in the south of Glasgow.
The individual in this role will have full responsibility for every dish that leaves our kitchen and therefore requires to be capable of leading a team in a high intensity environment.
The Kitchen Manager responsibilities will included but not be limited to:
* Weekly Rotas
* Order Stock and carrying out stock checks
* Ensuring all kitchen equipment is in full working order
* Leading and developing the kitchen team
* Be part of the management team and attend regular meetings to improve the business
* Experience in the hospitality sector is essential.
This role has a starting salary of GBP22,000 but will be reviewed.
