An experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager with a background in care home management is required to lead and develop a leading Leicestershire nursing home.
Details of this Nursing Home Manager position and what the successful candidate will receive:
• A full time, permanent contract of 44 hours split into 12 hours of hands-on nursing and 33 hours of supernumerary with alternative weekends work.
• A very competitive annual salary in the region of GBP42,500 depending on experience
• A very thorough induction and ongoing training in a supportive working environment
The qualities, experience and skills we are looking for in a Home Manager:
• Registered General Nurse (RGN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
• Demonstrate proven experience working in a managerial role in a UK nursing home setting with elderly and dementia patients.
• Good understanding of CQC essential standards and quality requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and a strong leader who has the ability to deliver effective clinical leadership and line management
• Well organised, with good attention to detail and a passion for providing high quality care
