Tenant Liaison Officer
* Employment type: Permanent, full-time
* Location: Sunderland, willing to travel across the UK
* Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
* Salary: GBP25,000

Due to continued growth and success, my client is now seeking an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to join their business. You will be responsible for liaising with tenants on projects to arrange appointments for our team and keep tenants fully informed throughout the process. You will need to be client focused, have good communication skills, a can-do attitude, desire to succeed and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines.


Contact tenants to encourage uptake of audits and arrange appointments for team.
Maximise number of daily appointments for each engineer.
Be the main point of contact for tenants and develop positive relationships with tenants to ensure tenant satisfaction.
Conduct technical monitoring visits.
Carry out customer satisfaction surveys.
Help plan and deliver literature and information to tenants.
Manage any queries or complaints in a timely manner.
Oversee the complaints procedure ensuring complaints are dealt with quickly and effectively.
Identify any special needs or circumstances of individual tenants and support where necessary.
Maintain accurate records in line with company procedures ensuring compliance with GDPR
Meet with contractors
Involved in the efficient management of H&S and Quality Assurance Systems.
Manage & prioritise projects according to tight timelines and ensure deadlines are achieved.
To be aware of the environmental aspects and impacts relevant to the work of the job holder as well as ensuring compliance with any environmental legislation that is applicable to the job.

Experience/ Skills Required

Previous experience of providing high level customer service to members of the public.
Tenant/Resident Liaison Officer experience.
Ability to interact sensitively with others.
Using computers and computer systems to enter data, or process information.
Effective complaints handling skills.
Pro-active, self-motivated and knows when to seek guidance.
Ability to work alone and as part of a team to achieve common objectives.
A full driving licence and transport is essential.
