Job Title: Conveyancing Solicitor (2-4 years PQE)
Location: Home based - Office: Leicester/Loughborough
Salary: Competitive
Type: Full-time, Permanent
An opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to come and hit the ground running, working for a company who represents the modern face of the legal industry. Due to the growth and business of our client's conveyancing department, our client is looking for an individual to work within Residential and Commercial conveyancing.
They are a friendly and approachable firm that aim to be successful and efficient in their work who are based in Leicester and Loughborough.
Day-day duties will include:
Working closely with a Partner of the organisation, you will be running a caseload from inception to conclusion
Ensure all conveyancing transactions comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Deal with all aspects of post-completion
Dealing with complex transactions, shared ownership, leasehold matters such as extensions, sales, and purchases
Providing a high-quality residential and commercial conveyancing service
Dealing with all aspects of post-completion
Pro-actively resolving problems and clients' needs
Working well both independently and within a small teamKey Skills:
Between 2 to 4 years' PQE as a Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer
Experience of dealing with sale and purchase of registered and unregistered property, plot purchases and help to buy schemes would be essential
Ability to build good client and third-party relationships.
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving conveyancing skills
Experienced using a case management system
