We are excited to be working for a prestigious real estate agency who pride themselves on supporting homeowners, landowners, and landlords across Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Greater London. Our client offers total property, land and estate services to residential, commercial and rural clients. Due to growth, they are now looking for a Planner to work flexibility from one of their strategically placed offices. Their team of dedicated Chartered Town Planners have many years of experience working in both the private and public sector. This gives them a unique set of skills and insight to be able to help and advise their clients on any type of planning project.
The Role:
The role will involve working with clients across the full spectrum of planning applications, appeals, and advice. Representing landowners, you will work with landowners to promote land to local authorities to help maximise its value.
The Person:
You will be an experienced Planner (MRTPI) from either a rural, residential or commercial background. Rural experience is highly desirable.
