Location: Loughborough
Summary
Our Client based in Loughborough is seeking an experienced payroll administrator to join their finance team on a part-time permanent basis.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
*Collating & recording timeclock data,
*Inputting all data onto a master spreadsheet prior to submission to our payroll bureau,
*Recording data to allow for monthly furlough calculation claim,
*Liaising with managers to ensure accurate analysis of data,
*Ensuring that the Company receives all paperwork in connection with SSP & SMP,
*Maintaining staff personnel files.
The Right Person
*General knowledge of all aspects of payroll, incl. SSP & SMP,
*Previous experience within an end-to-end payroll preparation,
*Submitting weekly / monthly payroll to external accountants,
*An excellent attention to detail, ensuring speed & accuracy,
*Proactive and able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, able to fit into a fast-moving accounting team,
*Excellent planning, organisation and deadline time keeping skills,
*Strong knowledge & experience with Microsoft Excel.
Package
*Appointment Type: Permanent, in-house
*Salary: GBP19,500 - GBP24,000 FTE / GBP10.00 - GBP12.50ph (subject to experience)
*Hours: Part-Time 25-30hrs per week
*Holiday 20 Days + Bank Holidays
