The Role

We are recruiting for bright enthusiastic hard-working Japanese speaking Customer Service Advisors for a fixed term assignment in a friendly and energetic team. This could evolve into a permanent contract for the right candidates.

The ideal recruit will have a passion for delivering a fantastic customer service experience via telephone, email and live chat.

Location: Chadderton

Pay Per Hour: GBP9.32ph

Overtime Rate: GBP13.98ph*

*If you work over your standard 37.5 hours per week

Working hours: 37.5 per week

Shifts Pattern: The hours/days of work will be 5 out of 7 including a perm weekend day, (you can specify which day you would prefer). Hours are going to be (Apply online only) (Apply online only)) on the weekend day.

This will be in effect from week 3 as the training group (2 weeks) will be Mon-Fri 9-5.

Duties

?? Answering inbound calls from customers regarding orders

?? Dealing with calls in Japanese & English

?? Communicating with customers via email to help solve queries regarding orders

?? Speaking to customers via Live chat

Skills/experience

* Good customer service skills

* Fluent in Japanese & English ESSENTIAL

* Be able to find your way around the computer sending emails data input etc

* Experience in a previous customer service role would be an advantage

* Experience using a live chat system would be an advantage

* Good Telephone manner required

* An interest in sports/football would be desirable

* Above all a good attitude & a friendly manner is a must!
