Product Manager - LexisNexis Risk Solutions - Cardiff
Summary:
LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to join our growing Cardiff based team, who would be prepared to take on ownership of our credit risk decisioning proposition and lead project execution, working closely with the product and technical teams and the wider group of stakeholders. You will act as a Product Owner, working in a dynamic team. Not only will you be working on exciting projects and with cutting edge technologies, you will be surrounded by a team of like-minded professionals from whom you can learn and grow.

Responsibilities:
* Product delivery and development lifecycle: defining and prioritising changes, leading the execution of a product roadmap for core mobile app product, focusing on improving customer experience; working closely with the development team, fellow product managers and wider organisation
* Strategy: contribution to development and execution of the product strategy
* Customer focus: interacting with customers to gather requirements and understand key customer needs and market basics, ensuring we build the right things at the right time
* Data driven decision making and analysis: ability to drive conclusions from data and recommend and execute relevant actions to help drive the further product development and increase customer satisfaction
* Go to market and product marketing lifecycle: working closely with the internal business partners (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Support) to gather and assess product needs in the marketplace, manage customer feedback providing input and expertise to the marketing and other customer materials
Skills / Experience:
* Product Management and/or Product Owner experience managing product(s) delivered via mobile apps and SDKs.
* Committed to delivering high quality to the users, keeping the customers at heart of every product decision
* Great organisational and prioritisation skills and attention to details with the ability to make decisions under pressure
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to connect and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders at various levels of seniority
* Understanding of Agile methodologies, for example Scrum and Kanban
