As Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for being the main point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email. You will be there to support customers through the end to end order process, offering a consultative and excellent service.

Description

As Customer Service Coordinator, your daily duties will involve:

Communicating with customers via telephone and email
Using the internal system to process orders
Liaise with internal and external departments to ensure Customers service requirements are met
See out the end to end process from the order being placed, through to the delivery date
Updating and processing customer invoicesProfile

To be considered for the role of Customer Service Coordinator, you will need to have worked in a similar Customer Service position in the past. As well as the following attributes:
