This Customer Service role is super fast paced - you need to be able to think on your feet and you should enjoy a varied and exciting role, where no two days are the same.

As we have mentioned, you will need to have an excellent standard of written and spoken English. We are also looking for people with experience in Customer Services, and you should be IT and Computer literate, especially if the role requires working from home.
Your attention to detail must be on point, and this role will need someone who is calm under pressure, and who can multi task whilst also thinking out of the box to achieve the best resolution for the customer.
