A Complaints and Customer Service Advisor is required for this leading financial services business based in Chester.

You will be responsible for handling a large volume of inbound queries via the telephone and email bringing them to resolution where possible.

Duties will also include:

The investigation of early stage complaints
Be a key point of contact for the sales team to assist with customer enquiries
Collecting outstanding invoices
Identify and handle vulnerable customers and knowing when to support and refer themThis is a permanent role offering a basic salary of GBP20,000 per annum plus an excellent company benefits package.

To be suitable for this role you will have outstanding communication skills, good problem solving ability and enjoy working in a fast moving and sometime pressurised environment.
