Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, Full or Part Time

Duties will include:

* Processing Sales and Purchase Ledger transactions.

* Reconciling statements to Ledger balances.

* Liaising with suppliers regarding copies of invoices, queries and payment dates.

* Producing payment runs for authorisation.

* Assisting with the weekly payroll.

The successful candidate will have:

* Experience of working in an accounts department

* A good level of general IT literacy

* Experience of accounts packages would be an advantage

* Exceptional attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills
