This Customer Services role is a varied role, and we are looking for people with previous experience within Customer Services to deliver all aspects of customer service to the acquired standard.

Daily Tasks and Key Result Areas:

On a daily basis, accurately input customer data using all applicable systems (manual or computerised) in order to maintain accurate stock records. Process and quality check documentation accurately and in the agreed manner for each customer satisfying all agreed time constraints.
Liaise effectively and professionally with customers, hauliers and colleagues, including the timely provision of accurate documentation, in order to provide a smooth and accurate service
Investigate and resolve customer queries and reconcile reported stock discrepancies by liaising with other departments in an efficient and timely manner, escalating where appropriate.
Maintain adequate and accurate records that are necessary to support the information needs of the business, specifically Customers, Finance and Operations.
Establish and maintain effective and regular communication with the Customer Service Manager, Senior Leadership Team, customer services team and personnel from other departments.
Show flexibility towards start times and working hours, with the occasional need to work unsociable shifts
