My client is an insurance company who are looking for someone with exceptional customer service and has the ability to build strong relationships

The role involves in and outbound calls (not cold calling)

Ensure all targeted quotes are followed up in a timely manner; in order to clearly understand client needs

Negotiate, position and convert quotation opportunities into business.

Maintain a detailed knowledge of the products and services,

Skills Required

Numeracy and literacy skills essential.

Organisation skills; ability to manage multiple demands •

Exceptional verbal and communication skills (in particular via telephone)

Reasoning and the ability to identify possible problems or stumbling blocks

Ability to present mutually beneficial solutions

Able to build rapport and successful relationships (internally and externally)
