The key responsibilities include:
To underwrite new business
To develop and maintain business relationships with key partners.
To liaise with solicitors, valuers, brokers and customers to secure documentation required to make responsible lending decisions.Profile
The successful candidate will have/ be:
Working knowledge of mortgage underwriting and lending criteria.
Experience of underwriting is essential
Experience of working within the Financial Services industry and in particular in the secured residential lending arena.
