Description
The Key responsibilities include:
Manage the underwriting team who are responsible for underwriting property valuations and new applications to offer stage. Ensuring that service levels are achieved on a consistent basis
Support the personal performance and career development of all staff
To liaise with solicitors, valuers, brokers and customers to secure documentation required to make responsible lending decisions.
To underwrite new businessProfile
The successful candidate will have/ be:
Previous experience of mortgage processing or a similar environment
Experience of working in a fast paced working environment
Great attention to detail
Highly motivated, accurate, methodical and able to prioritise effectivelyJob Offer
35K salary + Permanent contract
