Contact Centre Sales and Service Agent

Competitive Starting Salary + Commission
Temporary Role: 35hrs per week. GBP17.5k
Flexibility Required
The role will be varied, but will predominantly involve you handling inbound Sales and Customer Care enquiries. Admin tasks will also be required.
It will be your responsibility to deliver excellent service and maximise revenue opportunities working to KPI's. In addition, you will also use many methods of communication, such as e-mail and live chat to ensure our customers receive exceptional service.
You will be confident using all Microsoft packages and whilst travel experience is preferred, we will also consider applicants who hold previous experience, where you can clearly display transferable skills.
