An opportunity has arisen within the Society's award-winning Mortgage Department for the role of
Assistant Operations and Administration Manager

You will be required to support the Department's Managers, and their departments, in the development of operational improvements from initiation through to delivery, as well as assisting in the day-to-day business processes.

You will also become an important member of the Department's Business Change team, where you will need to be proactive, forward thinking, and have a flexible attitude with the ability to challenge constructively.

You will be a team player with the ability to work alone to meet challenging deadlines whilst providing an excellent customer service.

A good Knowledge of mortgage processes is required, and it would be an advantage if you have experience of Project Management, Product Design and, or the SOPRA Activate and Summit systems.

A previously held lending mandate would also be beneficial.

The successful applicant will be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP), or the equivalent.

The role will suit someone who is looking for a career in the Mortgage industry

Salary subject to experience

The role falls within the Society's Band 3
