Fintelligent are working with a North-West based Financial Services business looking to add Collections Advisors to its expanding team following huge business growth throughout 2020/21.
Ideally experienced in Collections within a Financial Services business, our client is interested in speaking with candidates possessing outstanding Customer Service skills, adopting a professional and empathetic approach to clients who could be experiencing financial uncertainty.
This is a fast based, call centre environment so a focused, confident and determined mindset is key to succeeding in this demanding but rewarding role.
Candidates that successfully progress through the interview process will receive:
Salary of GBP17,000 - GBP20,000 DOE
Quarterly & Annual bonus incentives
On-site parking
Access to a range of company events/socials
Quarterly & Annual awards for recognition of achievements
