German Customer Care Team Leader
Staffline is recruiting for a German speaking Customer Care Team Leader in St Neots, Cambs
Working 2 days on, 2 days off 07.00 - 20.00
This is a permanent role with salary GBP30,500
Your Time at Work
You will be responsible for:
Recruitment of Customer Care Administrators
Resolve complex customer queries and complete follow-up actions
Carry out quality reviews
Take calls and handle customer queries during peak times
Our Perfect Worker
Previous experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor is essential
Must be fluent in German and English
Passionate about delivering customer service
Willing to learn our bespoke IT systems
Coaching and feedback skills
Face to face customer service skills with visitors and at events
Ability to prioritise workload
Ability to interpret matrix for continuous improvement
