Job Title: Operations Manager - Industrial Services / Waste Management
SALARY: GBP33,000 -35,000 plus car/allowance, phone, healthcare and pension
LOCATION: you will be situated in the following area, Wirral, Liverpool, Chester, Deeside, Ellesmere Port,
CLIENT: My client is a leading company within the Industrial Services / Waste Management sector
You could have worked in the following industries:
Ideally have experience in one of the following: Total waste management / drainage / CCTV Surveying / tank cleaning / high pressure jetting / kitchen extraction system cleaning / pest control / industrial and commercial window cleaning / facilities maintenance / grounds maintenance / Building services / industrial cleaning
ROLE:
As an Operation Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running and management of 5/6 operatives whilst working from the head office remotely monitoring them,
You will undertake site visits and hold progress meetings
You will be a point of contact between the client and the business
EXPERIENCE:
Must have experience in leading and managing small teams ideally working remotely on client's sites
You will have a good health and safety ethic and ensure your team are working compliantly to H & S and company policy
