Duties will be
1) Answering customer queries over the phone, via email system; you will need to confident and creative in resolving customer issues in a friendly manner, on a wide range of products,agreed timescale.
2) You will need to uphold our Five Star Rating and Top Seller Status.
3) Processing customer returns/refunds, repairs or replacements of items.
4) Liaising with couriers and using online portals to arrange deliveries, collections and resolve any queries.
