Sales Advisor
A Sales Advisor is needed to assist in providing services and products which enable future owners to attain holiday home ownership. Sales Advisors will need to have a positive, "can-do" attitude and be able to action all levels of the sale process with little supervision. Sales Advisors will also need excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate to all stakeholders. This great opportunity is capped off by a very generous commission package.

Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining business relationships with owners, prospective owners and management team
Providing prospective customers with information to assist prospective customers and providing them appropriate solutions
Deal effectively and efficiently with customer queries and feedback
Setting and achieving personal and team financial and performance targets
Contributing towards maximising the overall profits of the department through the sale of holiday homes
Effectively maintaining and following through all sales leads in line with business needs
Establish and maintain strong line of communication with all stakeholders
Adhering to the company's administration procedures, including monetary transactions and reporting weekly figures to Sales Manager
Following all relevant legislation including health and safety, site licence, fire, employment and trading standards - consumer credit act
Providing a safe and secure environment for all customers and team members
Required to assist with duties not directly linked to your job description but commensurate with your position and in accordance with the job purpose from time to time
Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:
Essential:
A positive, "can-do" attitude
Self-starter, able to work with little supervision
Communicate effectively face-to-face and in correspondence
Excellent customer service skills
Computer literate including social media platforms
Desirable:
Previous experience in a direct sales environment
Basic understanding of Marketing and Finance
Hours:
Summer period (March to Sept) - 6 days a week, 9:00-6:00 (may be required to work some weekends and bank holidays)
Off season (Oct to March) - 5 days a week, 10:00-4:00
Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 DOE (GBP60,000 OTE with sales commission)
