A fantastic opportunity has arisen working within digital marketing as an SEO consultant.
Job Description:
* Managing SEO clients on a daily basis
* Running and coordinating the optimization itself. Both the strategy behind what do and assistance in the implementation of this
* Keeping up to date with algorithm updates, new trends and techniques to test on clients' websites to boost performance
* When required: preparing & delivering proposals with the wider team to potential clients
* Creating and delivering regular performance reports to our clients
* Updating spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and other information
* Communicating directly with clients and building trusting relationships
* Conducting yourself professionally and to a high standard on emails, phone calls and in face-to-face meetings
* Conducting yourself with openness and motivation in all aspects of the role
* Providing insight at every opportunity on how clients or our own business can improve its processes both in terms of efficiency and commercially
* Adhere to deadlines, communicating clearly when deadlines do need to change (and why)
Person Specification:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience, directly in SEO and ideally full time
* Experience in managing client relationships and other team members
* A deep understanding of SEO, specifically in Ecommerce and B2B lead gen
* An advanced understanding of Analytics and standard marketing metrics or tracking methods
* A basic understanding of CRM, email, PPC and other similar channels to SEO
* A good understanding of how websites work on a variety of CMS platforms, including basic knowledge of coding and development
* Strong understanding and efficiency in using various computer tools, such as spreadsheets, email tools, video calls and various SEO tools...etc.
* Exceptional communication skills both internally with the team and externally with clients
* Previous agency / consultancy experience is preferred, but not required
Additional Information:
* Leatherhead based, soon to be upgrading offices
* Salary: GBP27500-GBP35,000
* 8.30 - 5.15pm Monday to Friday
* Generous pension contributions
* Regular discretionary bonuses
* Bi annual salary reviews
