Tiverton Central based company - on-site parking

GBP9.25 p/h

Temporary position.

Full-time hours - Monday - Friday.

Usual office hours, are between 8am and 4pm or 9am to 5pm - one hour for lunch.

We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to work for an established company in Tiverton.

This is a role to support the Sales & Logistics Team with administration of customer orders and shipments.

About you:

Ideally you will have customer service administration background and any experience in logistics would be an advantage along with the following:

* Competent typing skills and speed - typing test required on application,
* Experienced in Microsoft programs to include word and excel
* Good written communication
* Good verbal communication (other languages would be a bonus)
* Ability to work independently when required
* Experience of logistics would be a bonus

The main purpose of the role:

* General administration duties including preparing and distribution shipment paperwork, preparing customs declarations and quality letters, printing and distributing reports.
* Dealing with sales leads using our in-house systems.
* All general admin tasks, such as filing, scanning and archiving for example.
