As Employee Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusivity Manager, you will develop and implement practical strategies and policies to enable our people to feel supported, included and well at work. This role is responsible for the development and implementation of our wellbeing, diversity and inclusion (WDI) programme, working closely with our regional teams and managing suppliers, you will ensure Churchill offers an array of WDI initiatives for its employees.

As Employee Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusivity Manager you will be responsible for???.

The development, improvement and delivery of WDI polices, processes, programmes and initiatives.
Develop creative and inspiring communications, working in conjunction with internal communications and creative teams.
You will be responsible for monitoring and continually improving the employee WDI offering, ensuring all processes in the employee lifecycle are aligned with the Company's WDI approach and develop metrics for all WDI initiatives to provide insights into their effectiveness.
Establish external networks and relationships e.g. suppliers, competitors, professional networks and work collaboratively with all key stakeholders, ensuring that WDI programmes are delivered, monitored and evaluated for effectiveness.
Work with the HRD / HOHR / Marketing & QHSE & Perks teams, to provide support and input to amplify the wellbeing interventions ensuring the strategies maintain an innovative and strong wellbeing focus.
Utilise and analyse people data to identify WDI issues and trends, to inform developments and relevant improvement initiatives.
Demonstrate technical expertise, passion, external insights and experience on People driven initiatives and projects.
Work with the L&D team to ensure any WDI training that is required is delivered effectively for the required people.

As Employee Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusivity you will have the following expertise:

Has proven experience in creating and delivering wellbeing, D&I policies, projects and programme
Is able to build strong relationships with external partners
Has the ability to build trust and rapport to develop productive and trusted relationships, internally and externally
Has experience in a fast-paced working environment with the ability to respond to change
Has creative ideas which are disruptive
