Technical Advisor - Gravesend
Our client is currently looking for a Technical Advisor to join their growing team, based in Gravesend.
The key purpose of this role is to consistently provide high levels of customer service to a range of customers via e-mail and telephone, including order placing and having a range of product knowledge. It is a very varied role.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately and timely input of customer orders
Build effective and lasting customer relationships
Liaise directly with customers on price and stock availability requests
Develop high levels of product knowledge and answer queries
Undertaking a range of administrative dutiesBenefits:
GBP22,000
Holiday - 21 days plus bank holiday (increases by one day for each year of service)
Free parking
Performance related bonus scheme linked to achievement of EBITDA
Requirements:
Experience working in a customer service environment
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated with a proactive approach, demonstrating a 'can do' attitude
Good MS Office skills
