Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Agent to work for a well-known company based in Dartford for an ongoing temporary assignment.
In this role you will be the main point of contact for any customer enquiries and you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service and ensuring the company image is maintained at all times through courteous and respectful communication. You will ensure that you prioritise tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
You will need to have good communication skills and be computer literate with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Previous customer service experience is essential.
The hours of work are 11.00am to 7.00pm.
