Recruitment Coordinator Oxfordshire

GBP23-GBP24K basic + quarterly bonus of around GBP2000 per annum

We are currently looking to hire a Recruitment Coordinator here at Goldstar Recruitment in Oxfordshire. Based in Kidlington, our business is arguably Oxfordshire's go-to agency for hospitality recruitment services. We work in partnership with the majority of Oxford's colleges and private schools and also supply to the areas local hotels, restaurants and event companies.

Due to an up-turn in business, now the restrictions have been lifted, we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator to come on board and support our recruitment team as we look to get our business back on track. This role will initially start on a temp basis, though could become a permanent opportunity should things continue to go in the right direction. Starting immediately, we are initially offering work until the end of 2021, with a reviewing December to see if we can offer something longer term.

Based from our offices in Kidlington, your day will start at 8.30am, finishing at 5pm, though we can be flexible on the hours for the right person.

So, who are we looking for?

We are looking to hire someone who knows and loves hospitality. It's important that you have a love for this amazing sector and everything that goes with it. You might be a hotel reservationist looking for something a little different, an events manager, or even someone from a hotel's HR department. We are open minded, just as long as you are organised, good with people and ideally have an interest in food and leisure.

Your duties will include;

* Screening candidates over the phone, then handing then to recruiters for interview

* Taking calls and passing messages and enquiries

* Posting job adverts on various job boards

* Resourcing candidates from online platforms and then passing through to recruiters

* Taking up references

* Chasing timesheets of casual workers

* Liaising with clients on staffing

* 'Check ins'- check in staff that start new assignment's

* Payroll support

* General Admin

The office environment is laid back, though its a very fast-paced setting. It is essential that you are a self-starter and can pick things up quickly.
