Paying up to GBP35,000 + Benefits

I am currently working with a leading technology company that are looking for a HR/Employment Law Advisor to join their experienced team based in Manchester. Reporting directly into the Team Leader this role will play a pinnacle part in providing first class employment law advice and maintaining the highest level of customer service.

You will be a HR/Employment law expert and main point of contact for all HR/Employment law queries for their relevant client group. This is a permanent role and a great opportunity for any HR Professional (Employment Law specialist or HR Advisor/HRBP) that has worked for a leading technology/outsourcing company that is looking for a new challenge or a step up in their career.

This role is perfect for anyone that is: Employment Law Consultant, Employment Law Specialist, HR advisor (solid understanding of employment law), ER Specialist, ER Advisor, HR professional with a law degree.

Responsibilities:

*Provide HR & Employment Law Advice to client groups
*Provide clients with best practices on employment law/HR advice & guidance
*Production of employment documentation such as employee handbooks, principal statements, and other related documentation
*Deliver on-site HR & Employment Law services to clients
*Advise and effectively resolve any contractual queries and amendments as requested
*Liaise with Account Managers to ensure the clients' objectives are met
*Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the client's journey

What we look for:

*Background within a technology or outsourcing environment is desirable but not essential
*Suitable degree relevant to employment law or CIPD, MCIPD qualified
*Law Degree with Legal Practice Certificate or Barrister Vocational Qualification desirable but not essential
*Good knowledge and practical experience of advising clients in all aspects of HR & Employment Law
*Accuracy and strong attention to detail
*Ability to work autonomously but as part of a wider team
*Excellent communication skills
