We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant to join our team in Telford.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support the HR Team in providing a professional, proactive and responsive HR administration service to customers both internally and externally.
Processing starters, leavers and keeping our HR and Payroll system updated, you'll provide support with our end-to-end recruitment, whilst supporting employee engagement through staff communication, updating notice boards, communication screens and distribution of company notices.A champion for HR data and systems, you'll ensure HR records are fully maintained to ensure all MI and HR reports you produce hold accurate up to date information.
Candidates will have previous experience within a busy HR Administration role, providing vital support to a HR Team and will hold a Level 3 Qualification (CIPD Level 3 or equivalent). With the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining a high level of data accuracy, you'll be competent in Microsoft office and will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
