HR Intern
3 month summer contract
Kings Hill
GBP16,500 - GBP17,000
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
1st stage video interviews ASAP - as soon as Thursday 27th May 2021

Our client is looking for a HR Intern / HR Administrator to join their fast-paced and friendly HR team. Although previous office experience is not required, an interest or basic understanding of HR would definitely be an advantage.
Duties for this HR Intern / HR Administrator will include but not be limited to:
Draft completion of new/amended contracts.
Collate and scan all payroll and HR documents to save in the employees' electronic personnel files.
Issue reference requests for new employees
Ad-hoc administration for HR and payrollKnowledge, skills and experience required for this HR Intern / HR Administrator:
Good communication and telephone manner
Working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
Self-motivated and organised
