Recruitment Coordinator - Maternity Cover
As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will be required to oversee and manage designated recruitment and administration projects within the team, from candidate screening and interviews, training and compliance, bookings to client supply.
Ensure all elements of the recruitment process are adhered to and that all candidate paperwork is processed and completed in line with our strict RTW and data protection protocols. Be a point of contact for Operative calls and queries on-going and assist with PPE distribution and stocktaking.
Key Responsibilities
?? Source/screen/recruit and supply Operatives in line with client requests
?? Provide prompt support (e.g. last-minute cancellations, rescheduling) for interviews
?? Process Operative paperwork in line with RTW and Data Protection procedures
?? Liaise with clients regarding supply requests both verbally and attend meetings as required
?? Deal with calls and enquiries from Operatives
?? Support upskilling and training of Operatives and ensure we are in line with RISQS and Sentinel scheme rules
?? Post approved job descriptions
?? Book Operatives for designated projects
?? Data entry - all relevant information on AGS Support Services' software - Adapt Bond/Kronos
Compliance and Records Management
?? Candidate control - keep in regular contact with the Operatives to review/update paperwork and special project information
?? Update and maintain Operative information database
?? Ensure feedback from clients on performance is noted and feedback to Operatives
?? Ensure records are kept in line with legislative requirements
?? Adhere to AGS' ISO quality procedures and processes and assist in maintaining these
?? Manage own Personal Development Plan
Credentials/Training & Experience Required
?? Technically savvy with a demonstrated proficiency in using MS Excel
?? Strong work ethic, attention to detail and a service-oriented attitude
?? Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritising multiple tasks, and using good judgement to resolve problems
?? Able to use own initiative and think on your feet
?? Previous experience of high-volume recruiting, bulk contracting and knowledge of using an application tracking system
