My client is currently looking for an experienced maintenance operative to join their maintenance team. The operator will be responsible for providing repair and maintenance services to all tenants, residents, Landlords and local authorities.
The successful applicant with work alongside the Property Inspectors, Voids Team, Cleaners and Sub-Contractors to make sure that all properties are repaired to the best standard.
The clients understands the pressures of the role and is keen to support all staff members into their position.
What are your responsibilities?
To provide a high standard of service to all tenants, residents, Landlords and local authorities.
Ensure properties are repaired to a good standard and maintained to decent home standards at all times
Ensure cleaning of communal areas, internal and external areas including gardens when required.
Ensure quality of work including painting and general handyman skills are maintained at all times
Ensure all tools provided are kept to a high standard and any faults are reported, your own tools are your own
responsibility.
Ensure you clean up after you and when in tenants home you take the upmost care in covering and cleaning.
Prepare properties for Ready To Let, understand fully inspection forms, Job sheets and other related documents
Work with other departments where possible to co-ordinate, develop and improve the delivery of services to
tenants and leaseholders, Landlords and local authoritiesBenefits of this role
Company vehicle is provided.
Tools are provided too.Essential
You must have a clean driving license.
