Sales Progressor
We have a number of roles available for experienced Sales Progressors who want the flexibility of working from home. Although HQ is based in Yorkshire, this can be a remote role, working from home.
Our client are one of the leading Sales Progression businesses in the property sector and are currently undergoing a huge expansion programme. You will need to have at least two years experience in this field, be able to work under your own steam, and have great communication skills.
If you have worked in Estate Agency in a Sales Progression department, then we have a role for you. Our client is based in West Yorkshire, but is accepting CVs from anywhere within the UK, with the ability for you to work from home.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Title: Sales Progressor
Responsible for
As an integral part of the success of our business the Sales Progression Team have responsibility for ensuring that the referring agents and their clients have the best possible experience throughout the conveyancing process and reach the point of completion ASAP.
Job Requirements:

??? Adhere to the ASAP Protocol, workflow processes and call standards

??? Maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism at all times
*
??? Effective development of relationships with all relevant parties in the transaction
*
??? Managing the progress of transactions from the point of contracts issued to completion
*
??? Chasing solicitors for task and milestone updates throughout the duration of the transaction
and managing the inputting of accurate progress information in Hoowla
*
??? Providing guidance to sellers and buyers on the conveyancing process
*
??? Ensuring that agents and clients are kept informed of case progress
*
??? Delivering excellent customer service
*
??? Establishing and reporting forecasted exchanges monthly to the business and appropriate
referring agents
*
??? Ensuring completion takes place on the agreed date
*
??? Adding all relevant information to appropriate reports and spreadsheets
