The Role
Due to continued success and persistently blending experience with an eye to the future, the company are looking for a Chartered Rural Surveyor to join their expanding team. There is a huge amount of scope for career progression and development, for the right individual there is a clear route to Equity Partner.
This individual will ultimately manage and develop an established portfolio of traditional estate management clients, a very diverse and loyal client base. Duties will include advising on a large range of land and property related matters including valuations, planning, development issues, compensation claims, farming, tenancy agreements, succession planning, BPS and grant schemes.
The Candidate
The successful individual will be an MRICS Rural Surveyor with experience in a general practice environment and land agency. Both the RICS Registered Valuer and KAAV qualifications are highly desirable, but not essential.
The individual will be confident and competent to give advice on a wide range of professional matters, will hold strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail and a be great team player.
