Springbok Properties are the leading Hybrid Property Agent throughout the UK and we are looking to recruit a target driven, enthusiastic, driven Property Valuer/ Lister to join a successful and growing department based in our Manchester office.
GBP22,000 basic plus realistic OTE of GBP50,000 uncapped

Hours: Monday to Friday- Very sociable hours- with some weekend/evening work from home.
The role of Valuer:
You will be joining our exceptional valuing team conducting desk top valuations for vendors throughout England, Scotland and Wales.
On a day to day basis you will be dealing with qualified, vendors who are looking for an alternative to high street estate agency to sell their properties and offer them the very best advice to sell their homes by using one of our many options, determining which option best suits their needs. You will be contributing to the growth of the business portfolio as well as a responsibility to aid sales on the properties within a 30 day period. All valuations are booked by our experienced Property consultants, who ensure that you are dealing with motivated vendors.
On an ADHOC basis you will be required to conduct face to face valuations to support our field based valuers dependent on business need.
There is fantastic earning potential and career development for the right candidate!
Do you already have a pipeline in place? - No problem - we will look to put a commission guarantee in place for a proven performer!
Requirements:
* 12 months+ valuing experience essential.
* Customer service.
* Highly driven.
* Winning attitude and desire to earn the highest commissions.
* A strong work ethic and proven closing skills.
