Are you currently looking for a Residential Conveyancing Team Leader role based in West Yorkshire?
I am currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Team Leader for a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm with multiple offices across the West Yorkshire region. Working closely with directors and partners, this is an opportunity to take a leading role on change management within their conveyancing service.
The Residential Conveyancing Team Leader role will be located at the firm's Huddersfield office with occasional travel required to their Bradford office and the suitable candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of the conveyancing teams in this location.
The ideal candidate will be required to motivate and lead a team of conveyancers, assistants and secretaries to provide a high-quality service which reflects the standards and values of the firm.
The role will not carry a caseload of files, however you will need to cover to help during periods of holiday or peak workloads. Proven technical knowledge of the residential conveyancing process and ideally, a good working knowledge of the CQS are ideal.
The ideal candidate for this Residential Conveyancing Team Leader role is an experienced residential conveyancer with a minimum of 4 years' experience of fee earning work. My client is also happy to consider more senior candidates as well. You must also have experience of leading or managing a team of conveyancers.
Ideally, you will have already led or managed a change management process (for example, implementing a new case management system) and be capable of identifying and implementing best practice solutions.
The salary with this Residential Conveyancing Team Leader role is negotiable depending on experience level and includes excellent staff benefits.
