SMarter Recruitment Services are currently working with our reputable client within the Hanley area, sourcing Inbound Sales Advisors. This role is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is wanting to further develop their customer service and sales skills, implementing them into a soft-selling role with the outlook to progress you into higher departments once you have integrated into the business.

The working hours are Monday through to Saturday, with the requirement to work either half a day or a full day each Saturday, but with time given off in the week. This is in duration throughout the peak period and during the team amplification process. The usual working hours are 9am - 5pm, with an hourly salary of GBP8.91 as well as plenty of commission opportunities available.

Training is provided as you enter the role, both on product and the business. This will be done for a three week period prior to you being placed onto the phones to speak with customers. This role offers a fantastic training process both on an individual basis and in group form. The emphasis on assisting you on getting you up to speed, and the support provided is all about getting you to where you want to be,m which is often a rarity.

Duties Included

- Answering inbound calls from customers regarding product queries or interest of purchase

- Advising customers on products with valid and accurate information

- Processing transactions over the phone, entering customer details into the CRM system

- Up-selling on products dependent on the product in question. Collectible sets and themed items.

- Communicate effectively with customers, using empathy, truthfulness and professional mannerism

- Work independently while striving to hit targets and excel within your role

- Transferring calls to relevant departments dependent on the nature of the call

- Using databases to check stock levels and place orders for dispatch

- Competence in carrying out administrative duties when required, with competency in customer service

Skills Required

- Previous Customer Service Experience (Either face to face or over the phone)

- Enthusiastic attitude

- The desire to grow within a company and the desire for longevity

- Competent IT and administrative skills

- Attentiveness and care (Data Entry)
