Salary GBP21,121pa (with a view to moving to the full salary of GBP26,402pa in 12 months) + Essential Car User Allowance

Our client provide homes and services to over 16,000 people across Greater Manchester and have big plans to build more over the next five years. Supporting customers to sustain their tenancies is key to this and they are looking for someone to help them do this.
Following a recent review of their Tenancy Services Directorate, they're looking for Tenancy Management Officers to join them!
They need someone who is customer focused, who will take pride in helping to maintain successful tenancies. Who will take responsibility for delivering a brilliant service, wanting to make a difference for their customers, supporting the managers and colleagues in understanding how they can improve and successfully deliver change.
They're looking for someone who builds a great rapport with people and has excellent judgement skills. This is a role that you can truly develop in, shape and make your own.
Prior customer experience is essential but they're waiting to hear from those who are interested in learning more about housing management and associated legislation. They'll be putting in a full training plan and induction together so previous housing experience is not essential.
Access to a personal vehicle and Valid Driving Licence is essential.
Candidates with little or no experience will be considered at a reduced salary of GBP21,121 pa and will be put on a development plan for 12 months with the view to moving to the full salary for the role within 12 months.
