This telesales advisor role is an ideal opportunity for someone who is comfortable on the phone and wants to gain a permanent role with a company that offers ongoing progression.
Duties & responsibilities
* Outbound calls to qualify leads
* Lead generation
* Call backs
* Promote the services of the organisation
* Logging details on a CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
* Arranging call backs, creating a pipeline
* Liaising with internal colleagues
* Related admin tasks
* Able to work though large volumes of call data
