GBP20,000 - GBP22,000
Monday - Friday
Fri 8.00 - 17.00
Sat 9.00 - 17.00
SHIFT PATTERNS EVERY OTHER WEEKEND - WORKING 5 DAYS PER WEEK - FREE PARKING
THE ROLE
You will:
- be the first point of contact for incoming telephone and online sales enquiries as well face to face in store customer service
- be able to professionally handle customer queries
- be able to provide expert advice on the product whilst up-selling
- be able to process orders, quotations and deliveries
Key skills
Face to Face retail sales and customer service experience (retail industry whereby specific products are sold / DIY)
have excellent communication skills - written and oral
have experience using Microsoft Office
Be able to commute to Beaconsfield/ High wycombe area
