Newly Qualified Solicitor - Residential
Newly Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. We are proud to be representing this very well- established firm of Solicitors that has offices throughout London and the Home Counties. The firm offers a wide range of legal services to its clients and we are delighted to be assisting the Company in finding a very special individual to join their offices located in the Aylesbury area.
As a newly qualified Residential Solicitor, you will be given the autonomy to run your own caseload with direct support and assistance. You will manage your caseload from initial instruction through to post completion and will gain experience in dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release or freehold and leasehold properties. You will also work with different schemes such as Buy to Let and Part Ownership.
This job is not for the faint hearted! You will be fully active in marketing and business development in order to expand your client base, attracting new clients and building strong working relationships that will include being confident to gain referrals in the local area.
