Our client is an established independent agency that has built a strong and highly respected reputation within the areas they operate. Because of this, they are now looking to recruit a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join their existing and successful team.
Full training will be provided and following a successful probationary period, you will have the prospect of earning commission on top of a competitive basic salary.
The ideal candidate will already possess customer service experience from working in a B2C environment and will be driven, ambitious, a good communicator and always looking to provide the best level of customer care. The Company are seeking someone that wants to build a long-term career rather than looking for just another job and a person that can work to targets and deadlines.
Duties include:
* Qualifying potential buyers, identifying their property needs and matching them to suitable properties.
* Booking and accompanying buyers to view properties.
* Negotiating offers and liaising with third parties (legal, financial, professional) through to a successful sale conclusion.
* Providing and delivering a high level of customer service to all clients
Personal traits will include:
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Undertake and listen to instruction from senior staff.
* The desire to want to learn and self-develop.
* The ability to work to targets (both monetary and objective)
* Customer service skills
* High attention to detail, a good listener and a knowledge worker
* The ability to engage with your clients along with a sales and negotiation persona.
* Commitment to service standards.
* Tenacity and to be self-motivated.
* Ability to build and develop trusted relationships at all levels both with clients and other staff members.
* Be responsive to change.

What to expect:
Working Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00, some Saturdays 09:00 - 16:00 - a day off in lieu of Saturday working, you will be office based but spend time visiting and showing sale properties with potential buyers.
You will need a full driving license as a part of this role
