This is a fixed term role until 30th November 2021

The Resident Services Assistant role will require individuals with the right balance of skills and competencies; candidates should have a passion for providing excellent services at first point of contact via a variety of communication preferences, and deliver our Customer Service Standards with a commitment to continuous service improvement.

You will deliver all first point of contact through our telephony service as well as face to face (when services resume) and stay updated with any changes, along with sharing information across the Association to ensure an excellent customer experience at every interaction. The successful candidate will be confident communicating with members of the public over the phone, with resilience and a tough mental attitude to work under pressure.

Specifically a Resident Services Assistant will:

Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all visitors,
Be responsible and accountable for resolving customer enquiries which may lead to organising appointments with the relevant team,
Collate insight information at first point of contact,
Deliver, promote and support a 'right first time' agenda to achieve NCH strategic objectives,
Deliver customer service and relevant administrative functions to achieve resolution at first point of contact,
Deliver a broad range of front facing service activity, working with Resident Services Officers and specialist teams to ensure a consistency of approach across different communication channels and touch points,
Utilise multiple digital channels, promoting channel shift at every opportunity and providing services within defined boundaries.
