Main duties and responsibilities are:
* Advising on and facilitating disciplinary issues.
* Resolving long-term absences.
* Supporting and advising on business change
* Training managers on all employee relations issues including performance management
* Contribute to the development and improvement of all HR processes
* To build and maintain excellent and effective working relationships with stakeholders by providing commercially credible and robust HR service
* Multi- skilled across the full HR function from administration to recruitment
* To undertake any allocated or ad-hoc HR projects
The ideal candidate will have:
* 12 months generalist experience
* Experience working in a fast paced environment
* The willingness to travel when required
* A full driving license
* Fantastic communication and influencing skills
