We're offering a base salary of between GBP20,000 to GBP25,000 (dependent on your experience), and unlimited performance related bonus which will see you earn between GBP25,000 and GBP31,250 or more; our bonus system is truly unlimited.

Assist Insurance Services is one of the UK's leading and award-winning providers of Leisure Insurance Products which includes Caravan Insurance, Boat Insurance, Holiday Home Insurance as well as Park Home and Lodge Insurance, and we also provide our policyholders car insurance too. Despite being one of the market-leaders in our field, we are a family run business where we provide a level of customer service which is second-to-none.
What we offer you:
* Your starting salary will be between GBP20,000 and GBP25,000 (dependent on your experience), and if you're really good, it could be more.
* An unlimited bonus scheme paid monthly which should increase your earning potential by at least a further 25%.
* Holiday entitlement of 20 days paid holidays per annum PLUS bank holidays, and we also don't expect you to work on your birthday too.
* Additional competitions and incentives which can see you win chocolates or vouchers or even ipad's and experience days and then there's our famous 'cash-dash' competition too.

* Ability to maximise the sales opportunities the company generates.
* People with the confidence to learn and develop through continuous on-job training.
* Great communication and rapport building skills over the telephone.
* People with a flexible and proactive approach with the ability to work within a small friendly team.
* Good numeracy and literacy skills along with competent keyboard skills.
