My Thame based client are looking for a permanent HR Manager to join their friendly team.

As HR Manager, your main focus will:

* Process monthly payroll

* Deal with starters and leavers, bonuses and pension contributions

* Be first point of contact for any queries relating to payroll

* Manage company policies including healthcare, pension and insurances

* Manage compliance administration including GDPR and Right to Work documentation

* Take responsibility for all office recruitment, supporting Hiring Managers through the process, creating job descriptions, offer letters, contracts and onboarding.

* An element of your role will also be to support the Managing Director with any PA duties required which will include administrative support and project work.

In order to be successful in this position, you will ideally have:

* HR and payroll experience

* Strong administrative and organisational skills

* Excellent written English and be a confident verbal communicator

* Possess a high level of numeracy and an eye for detail

* Any commercial experience will be a distinct advantage.

* You must be self motivated and happy to work independently whilst being an integral part of the business.

Working hours will be discussed on application, starting at around 30 hours per week initially but as the role evolves the hours will increase to full time. Salary for this position will depend on experience and transferable skillset and will be a full time equivalent of cGBP35-50k. Holiday allowance is 25 days plus bank holidays (pro rata) in addition to other excellent benefits
