They now seek a highly experienced and accomplished Administrator to support the Paraplanners and Financial Planners.
This is a hands on administration role, working alongside experienced team members. Overview of the role is detailed below.
* Processing of new business, pensions and investments
* Preparation of the suitability report and conducting initial research
* Preparing meeting and review packs
* Completing compliance checks
* Handling queries from clients via telephone and email
* Maintaining client databases and using Intelligent Office
* Carrying out general tasks in support of the Financial Planner/Paraplanner
